Customer information collected by [chinesearts]?
The customer information we collect helps us to continually customize and improve your user experience. We use this information to process orders, activate services, process payments and communicate with you regarding your orders, services and promotional offers, keep and update our files and your accounts with us. We also use this information to improve our store and website, prevent or detect fraud or abuse on our website and allow third parties to provide technical or other functions on our behalf.
The host organization also stores the information of your own customers that you will be asked to fill in order to make the calculators work and provide you with a user-friendly and integrated environment.
Does [chinesearts] share the information it receives?
No data of any kind stored on our servers is shared unless [chinesearts] was kept there for legal reasons.
Sharing functions exist between ProSuite users. It is therefore your responsibility to know what you share or not and with whom. [chinesearts] can not be held responsible for any data thus disclosed.
Is my personal information protected?
We protect the security of your personal information when it is transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer Software (SSL), which encrypts the information you enter before it is sent to us.
No banking data is ever transmitted on the servers of [chinesearts]. They are sent directly from your client and hosted on the servers of our partner Stripe, which is trusted by over 100,000 net-worth companies. When confirming an order, we only reveal the last four digits of your credit card. Bank transactions are made directly by Stripe.
Your password is also not stored on our servers. That’s why you can simply ask to create a new one if you lose it. It’s important to protect yourself from unauthorized access to your password, computer, and emails. If you share a computer, you must disconnect after each use.
